Orders are only pack and send every 3 times a week (depending on availability we can make an exception). Please allow 1 to 3 business days for handling and packing, then a few business days for your order to arrive in the Dominican Republic (it will depend on the shipping method you choose).

Depending on the volume of orders we have, it might take an additional business day to handle and pack your order.  But of course, we will try to ship it as soon as possible.

If we are unable to process your order because your payment info is wrong or incomplete, the process may be delayed for a period of 1 business day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We send our merchandise to the address provided by you, so make sure to provide it correctly. If your order is returned to us because of missing information on your address or wrong address, you will need to pay for the resend shipping or you can opt for the refund of your order (shipping cost is not refundable). In case the mistake is on us, we will take full responsibility for the resend payment.

Once your order ships it can not be modified or canceled. We are not responsible for international custom fees.
