WE HAVE A NEW SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
As you might know we moved our studio to another city in the Dominican Republic. And we were shipping from Las Terrenas and dispatching our packages only twice a week. Because of these changes there were many delays on your packages and some lost ones.
Between this and some other problems that happened, we made the difficult decision to close the store for several months until these problems were resolved and we were ready to provide you with the service you deserve.
From now on orders in the Dominican Republic will be shipped from Santo Domingo. International shipping is suspended until further notice.
