All sales are final. No refund or returns.

The buyer is responsable for:

  • Do not allow unauthorized people, such children, family members or friends, to access your credit card or your account at www.baresoulshop.com, to ensure that nobody uses your account and pays for a purchase without your permission.

Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy are made for the following reasons:

  • The package did not arrived (lost in transit or lost by carrier).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an article if is damaged on transportation. If you need to change it f you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@baresoulshop.com and send your item to: 8400 NW 25th st , suite 100, 01-054663, Doral FL 33198, United States (only in the United States).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
