Shipping

Orders are only pack and send every 3 times a week (depending on availability we can make an exception). Please allow 1 to 3 business days for handling and packing, then a few business days for your order to arrive in the Dominican Republic (it will depend on the shipping method you choose).

Depending on the volume of orders we have, it might take an additional business day to handle and pack your order. But of course, we will try to ship it as soon as possible.

If we are unable to process your order because your payment info is wrong or incomplete, the process may be delayed for a period of 1 business day.

For local orders in the center of Santo Domingo we use a local shipping company.

If your order is returned to us because of missing information on your address or wrong address, you will need to pay for the resend shipping or you can opt for the refund of your order (shipping cost is not refundable).
